Blind Rivet Nut Tool Kit 86 Piece Metric Set with M3-M8 Threaded Inserts

Rivet Nut Tool Set Overview This 86-piece rivet nut tool set provides a complete solution for installing threaded rivet nuts quickly and efficiently. The hand-operated rivet nut gun is designed for use wherever a surface is too thin to tap threads reliably, or where access to the rear of the workpiece is restricted. With metric mandrels and a generous supply of rivet nuts, this set equips you for a wide range of fixing and assembly tasks. Simple and Effective Operation Using the tool is straightforward. Drill a hole in the workpiece, select the appropriate rivet nut and attach it to the corresponding mandrel, insert it into the hole, and squeeze the handles together. The rivet nut expands to form a secure, threaded fixing point. The tool features a mandrel button that releases the rivet nut from the tool once it has been set, while the stop lever limits the opening of the handles after the nut has expanded, helping to prevent deformation of the nut thread. Complete 86-Piece Kit This comprehensive set includes five threaded mandrels with mouthpieces in metric sizes M3, M4, M5, M6 and M8, covering the most commonly used thread sizes. It also comes with 80 rivet nuts in a range of sizes: M3 (20 pieces), M4 (20 pieces), M5 (20 pieces), M6 (10 pieces) and M8 (10 pieces). This generous assortment ensures you have the right fasteners on hand for a variety of projects. Durable Construction The rivet nuts are manufactured from aluminium alloy, offering dependable strength and long-lasting performance. The tool itself is built for repeated use, making it a practical addition to any workshop, garage or tool kit.
