Fast and accurate multi-zone distance measurement sensor with a 90 wide field of view 60 x 60 square field of view (FoV) (90 diagonal) Multi-zone distance output, with 8x8 zones Autonomous low-power mode with interrupt programmable threshold to wake up the host Up to 350 cm range Multiple target detection and distance measurement in each zone 60 Hz frame rate capability Histogram processing and algorithm compensation can minimize or cover glass crosstalk effects. Motion indicators for each zone to show whether targets are moving and how they move. Fully integrated miniature module Transmitter: 940 nm light vertical cavity emitting laser (VCSEL) and integrated analog driver Both transmitter and receiver have diffractive optical elements (DOE) to achieve a square field of view. Single-photon diode (SPAD) receiver array Firmware for low-power microcontroller operation.
