CARIA LATMOS SOAP DISPENSER Product Code: 24FBPC103 Caria, in ancient times, was the name of the region covering most of present-day Aydın and Muğla provinces, as well as the western edge of Denizli province. The northern boundary is defined by the Büyük Menderes (Maiandros) River, while the Dalaman (Indos) River marks the boundary with neighboring Lycia to the east. The west and south are bordered by the Aegean Sea. One of the natural environments where the stones used in the product are found is Latmos Mountain, located on the eastern shore of Latmos Gulf, marking the boundary between the ancient regions of Caria and Ionia. Today, Latmos Mountain is found within the borders of Aydın province, alongside the shore of Bafa Lake, which was formed by the filling of Latmos Gulf by the Menderes River, and contains the ruins of the ancient city of Herakleia Latmos to the west. Its current name is Beşparmak Mountain. Bafa Lake not only hosts many mythological legends and various bird species, but also eels that, after spawning in the Sargasso Sea in Mexico, travel across the ocean in larval form for three years and cover a distance of 7,000 kilometers to reach Bafa Lake. These eels, after living in freshwater for a while, embark on a reverse journey back to their birthplace to spawn. Product Features All our products are handmade. Soap dispenser liquid capacity: 250 ml (8 oz). The base of the product is made of wood, providing non-slip properties and preventing damage to the surface it rests on. It has a matte surface texture. There are small air bubbles on the surface. There are no dye pigments in the epoxy. Since it is made entirely from natural stones, it is a sustainable product. The product gets its color from the natural stones inside, making each product unique. Washing Instructions You can wash the product by hand using soap, a dish sponge, and water. Do not wash in the dishwasher or with harsh chemical products.
