Heart of palm is a very nutritious vegetable that is obtained from the central part of the palm tree. It has 20 calories and 4 grams of carbohydrates per serving, making it suitable for keto and low-calorie diets. It is gluten free, sugar free and is suitable for diabetics. Palmini bags do not contain BPA, are packaged without the industrial chemical bisphenol, take care of the environment and are environmentally sustainable. All the palms used in its production are partially cut so that they continue to grow. Put the contents in a microwave-safe bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of butter, salt and pepper to taste.
