My Essential Emotions Kit from Esential Aroms allows you to get started in scientific aromatherapy and create your own formulas to use whenever you need them. The Emotions Kit contains 3 carrier oils and 5 essential oils that you can use to create your own formulas. It also includes containers for the formulas: 4 roll-ons: Positive, Vitality, Stress, Rescue, 2 inhaler sticks: Active Meditation, and 6 labels (one for each formula). This kit also includes a free course that teaches you how to create the 6 formulas: Positive - Uplifting, Vitality - Energy - Motivation, Stress - Anxiety - Knot in Stomach, Rescue, Meditation - Security - Connection, Active - Clear - Open. It's recommended to prepare the formulas with the free online course and start using the inhaler roll-ons and sticks. Inhale the roll-on, apply a small amount under your nose and then to your sternum, working from bottom to top. Also apply it to the nape of your neck and cervical spine, and massage your fingers until the product is absorbed. If you use it before bed, you can also apply it to the soles of your feet and massage them into your feet. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
