Set the output voltage: Adjust the constant-voltage potentiometer (CV) according to the desired float charging voltage of the battery or the voltage value of LEDs in series. 2. Set the constant current value: Rotate the CC potentiometer counterclockwise about 20 circles, then connect the load with the ammeter and set the CC potentiometer to the required current value. Do not use the method of short circuit to directly regulate the constant current value.
