Lax di Benessence is a useful herbal tea for all people who suffer from constipation, even if moderate or episodic, as it promotes intestinal transit and evacuation. For more decisive interventions, its use can be continued for several days. For the benefit obtained, take regularly two or three times a week, possibly following a diet rich in vegetable fibers. It is recommended to pour one tablespoon of the mixture into 300 grams of boiling water. Remove from the heat and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Filter and drink a cup before bedtime. Contraindicated in pregnancy, lactation, hyperthyroidism or in cases of ileus or intestinal inflammation. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Carefully close the package after each product withdrawal. The residue resulting from the infusion or decoction with a filter or strainer is not edible.
