FibroPur Complete is a complete fiber formula. In addition to fermentable fibers, it also provides protein, a wide combination of enzymes and the amino acid L-glutamine. These active substances are often used for longer-range therapeutic treatments. The fiber inulin is found in various food sources and is primarily found in plant roots. Chicory, Jerusalem artichokes, leeks, scorzonera, and globe artichokes are some examples of foods rich in inulin. Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) are also a fiber found primarily in chicory. Corn dextrin is a sugar-free fiber that is very gentle on the gastrointestinal tract. Inulin, corn dextrin, and FOS are fibers that are not digested, as the enzyme required for this is not produced in the small intestine. The fibers reach the colon undigested, and it is there that the bacteria present carry out the fermentation process. Inulin, corn dextrin, and FOS are therefore known as fermentable fibers. Aside from this combination of short- and long-chain fibers, Fibropur Complete also contains L-glutamine, proteins, and 9 different enzymes, including lactase, which is an enzyme that improves lactose digestion in people with lactose indigestion. Unless otherwise advised, it is recommended to mix a level measuring spoon with a glass of water twice a day, stir briefly and drink. If you experience flatulence, bloating, or diarrhea, we recommend lowering your dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
