Applying the lip liner on flaky lips is unpleasant and will give an uneven result. We recommend using a nourishing lip treatment, regularly to avoid chapped lips.Step 2 - Prep: Gently exfoliate lips to remove dead skin and smoothen lips. Wash lips and pat dry. (Lip Liner works best on clean, dry skin. Exfoliating will create a smooth canvas, so the peel-off film can develop evenly on your lip line and not on flakes.)Step 3 - Line: Using the precision-tip applicator, trace along the lip line in an even layer. Leave on for up to 20 minutes.
