Anemone Honorine Jobert.
\nThis popular and after much sought plant gives herbaceous beds and borders a welcome boost in late summer and early autumn.
\nA particularly choice variety, Honorine Jobert has white, cup shaped, single flowers occasionally tinged pink on the underside and carried elegantly on tall wiry stems.
\nLeaves are vigorous, dark green, semi-evergreen and deeply divided.
\nFlowering from August until October Anemone Honorine Jobert it is a fabulous plant for lighting up a dark corner of the garden late in the season.
\nFully hardy and best in partial shade.
\nHonorine Jobert prefers moist, fertile, humus-rich soil and given these conditions will reach a height of approx. 120cm with a similar spread.
\nPlants resents disturbance and should not be moved, but when unavoidable, overcrowded or congested clumps can be lifted and divided in early spring.
\nApply a heavy mulch of well-rotted garden compost or farm yard manure every year in spring.
