THE PRODUCT"Wild oregano grows on the arid clay-rich hills of Sicily. Ours in particular is harvested by hand on the hills of the Alcantara Valley, around June / July. Once harvested, it is tied in bunches and hung to dry in a dark and airy room. "USO"It should be used to season tomato salad, mozzarella, caprese salad, bruschetta, pizza, etc...
