Sleep increases N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine production. N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine is a natural hormone regulating sleep, produced by the pineal gland, located in the centre of the brain. N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine controls sleepiness at night. Its production can be inhibited by natural or artificial light, as well as stress. The vast majority of adults need 6 to 9 hours of sleep at night; both too little and too much sleep can cause tiredness during the day. It is recommended to take 2 capsules daily, 1 hour before your bedtime with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage Keep out of reach of children.
