Loosen the tire: Remove the valve cap and core, then deflate the tire. 2. Dismount the tire: Secure the tire on a tire changer and position the valve at 1 o'clock relative to the tire separation head. Use a tire tool to lift the bead onto the mounting head. 3. Remove the sensor: Use a screwdriver to remove the fastening screw and detach the sensor from the valve stem. Loosen the nut and remove the valve. 4. Install sensor and valve: Insert the valve stem through the rim’s valve hole. Tighten the nut to 4.0 Nm using a positioning pin. Attach the sensor body to the rim and secure with the screw. 5. Mount the tire: Position the tire on the rim with the valve aligned 180 degrees from the separation head. Mount the tire onto the rim properly.
