For this lacto-fermented red beet juice, only Demeter raw materials are used, from biodynamic agriculture. The naturally aromatic red beetroot tubers undergo a pressing process to retain all their nutrients, before being combined with lactic acid, the entire process being carried out without the addition of salt. The lactofermentation process changes the pH value of the product, favoring its digestion, stabilizes the mixture and adds a slight pleasant acidity. All the ingredients used are free of genetically modified organisms and come from organic farming, supporting regional cultivation. Shake before using.
