Do not squeeze the minicapsule through the foil as it may be damaged. The minicapsules can be opened without losing their effectiveness and the contents dissolved in a liquid. Keep the prepared food or drink at room temperature and consume immediately after preparation. Take 1-2 minicapsules daily during or after a meal, with an appropriate amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
