The hydraulic jack is designed for work where heavy lifting is required. It cannot be used as a permanently positionable support element. It is also unacceptable to transport lifted loads with a lift. The device has been designed for use only in households and cannot be used professionally, i.e. in workplaces and for paid work. Correct, reliable and safe operation of the tool depends on proper operation, so read the instruction manual before working with the tool. Before operation, approximately 6 full pumping cycles should be performed with the release valve unscrewed to ensure proper distribution of hydraulic oil. Periodic tightening of all screw connections is required - this will increase the safety of use and extend the life of the jack. Lifting: Before starting lifting, make sure that the lifter operator will have the lift and the load being lifted in line of sight when making any movements. Close the release valve with the narrow end of the lift arm by tightening it clockwise as far as it will go. Place the jack under the load to be lifted in a place intended for the use of jacks so that the load rests centrally on the jack saddle. If necessary, the bolt can be removed from the pillar jacks that extends until the jack saddle comes into contact with the load being lifted. Slide the lift arm into the slot. By moving the arm in the up-down direction, lift the load to the required height. After lifting, secure the load against falling, e.g. with stands. Lowering: Before lowering, make sure that the lowered load will not cause injury to the operator. With the narrow end of the lift arm, slowly turn the release valve counterclockwise. Do not open the release valve more than is required to lower the load slowly. Too much unscrewing the valve may cause it to unscrew from the housing. After the load is completely lowered, the arm should be detached from the lift, the lift should be removed from under the load. For bottle jacks, screw in the extension screw, if applicable.
