300W Adjustable Step-Down Module

This step-down converter combines high power density with industrial-grade construction: an aluminium alloy chassis with two integrated heat sinks ensures effective passive cooling. Physical size corresponds to the product image (±1–2 cm manual measurement tolerance). Operates across a broad input range of 6–40 V DC (10–40 V advised), delivering smooth, precise output adjustment from 1.2 V to 36 V DC. Output current supports up to 20 A peak, with 15 A recommended for continuous use. Total power throughput reaches 300 W. Efficiency reaches 95% when converting 24 V to 12 V at 20 A. Output voltage ripple is maintained at ≤50 mV through carefully selected high-frequency, low-impedance electrolytic capacitors on both input and output. Connection method uses high-current 30 A screw terminals. Short-circuit protection is implemented with automatic recovery functionality (not designed for extended short-circuit exposure).
